They have an extensive info section with company info, good contact info (phone, address, hours of operation, etc), FAQs on shipping, privacy and returns. The store itself has a fairly standard range of adult products, including DVDs, dressup outfits, sextoys, lubes and safer sex supplies, glass and silicone lines of insertable toys and so on. Items are pictured, but just the boxcover for many things which wasn't always the most helpful. Browsing was easy though, ordering is online via secure server by major credit card.
